每個(gè)開關(guān)都需要一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)器,使用適合的驅(qū)動(dòng)器會(huì)帶來優(yōu)勢。為充分利用采用TRENCHSTOP? IGBT7的設(shè)計(jì),我們建議使用滿足IGBT7以及工業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)要求的柵極驅(qū)動(dòng) IC。
工業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)中的IGBT7需要高輸出電流柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器,這些柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器需要具有增強(qiáng)隔離(VDE 0884-11認(rèn)證)功能。英飛凌X3 Compact、2L-SRC和X3 Enhanced系列中的EiceDRIVER ?隔離柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器滿足這些要求,同時(shí)具備其差異化特性。X3 Compact系列可提供易于設(shè)計(jì)且經(jīng)濟(jì)劃算的解決方案,而2L-SRC系列則可帶來高性能選項(xiàng)。X3 Enhanced系列包括模擬版和數(shù)字版,模擬版能實(shí)現(xiàn)一流的DESAT精度,數(shù)字版具有I2C可配置性,可實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)測性調(diào)整。
